Smart Minds is offering licensed mental health providers the opportunity to work comfortably and confidently while being able to independently bill insurance. We are inviting providers to submit their resumes for full-time or part-time opportunities. All providers will work in a professional environment with the ability to establish their own practice. They will have the flexibility to work with a schedule that balances their personal and professional life. Additionally, providers will have access to physical office space, software, full-time billers, and management support.

Requirements:

• A Master’s or Doctoral Degree in the field of mental health is required, and candidates must hold a valid state license.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are necessary for effective interaction with patients and colleagues.
• Candidate should demonstrate effective empathetic and intuitive listening abilities to understand and address patients’ needs.
• The ability to establish and maintain professional working relationships with patients and colleagues.
• Candidates should be capable of assessing, developing, and implementing treatment plans to address patients’ mental health needs effectively.
• Proficiency in completing all documentation in a timely and accurate manner is essential.
• An in-depth understanding of and strict adherence to HIPAA Federal law regarding patient privacy and confidentiality is mandatory in this role.
