Watch for your invitation
When you become a patient, we email you an invitation to the portal from TherapyNotes, our secure records system.

Open the link in the email and set up your account. Check your spam folder if you don't see it.
Log in any time
Use the Log in button on this page. Bookmark it for next time.

I forgot my password.: Click “Forgot password” on the portal login screen and follow the email instructions.
I never received an invitation.: Check your spam or junk folder first. If it isn't there, contact our office and we'll send a new one.
Is the portal secure?: Yes. The portal is provided by TherapyNotes, a HIPAA-compliant system, and your information is encrypted. Please use the portal rather than regular email for anything about your health.
Can I use it on my phone?: Yes. The portal works in the web browser on phones, tablets and computers. There's no app to download.
